Shipping policy

SHIPPING
Order processing time is currently, 2-3 business days, unless otherwise notified.

Orders are shipped using UPS and occasionally with United States Postal Service (USPS), during weekdays which are Monday through Thursday.

Our weekend is Friday, Saturday and Sunday which we do not typically ship orders for quality purposes. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday.

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email and or text message containing your order tracking information. Be sure to provide the correct and best contact information.

PROCESSING REFERS TO HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR US TO MAKE THE PRODUCTS. 

PRE-SHIPMENT OCCURS WHEN WE HAVE PRINTED YOUR LABEL.

FULFILLMENT OCCURS WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PACKAGED

SHIPPED IS WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SCANNED BY THE CARRIER AND IS NOW OUT OF OUR HANDS. 

*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping.
